asthma. Allergy testing can help identify the specific allergen (or allergens). This information may be helpful in preventing the trigger or for better treatment of the allergy. DO NOT stop any medication on your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During an Allergy test, <strong style=\"user-select: auto;\">Overnight fasting is preferred<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"PRO\">Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a fairly simple diagnostic blood test. The risks involved are the same as that in any other blood test.
