However, in certain cases, there may be following side effects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nephrogenic Systemic Fibrosis due to contrast<\/strong>:\u00a0Gadolinium contrast can cause problems for people with kidney disease.\u00a0Nephrogenic systemic fibrosis is a very rare complication which is believed to be caused by the use of contrast agents in MRI.
